Order and confirmation

Placing an order on the site does not always mean instant service confirmation. After payment, Reotour checks availability and the selected option rules.

If the selected option is unavailable, the team will offer an alternative or a refund according to payment and selected-product rules.

Traveler details

You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email, phone, travel date, and selected options. Mistakes in these details can affect the visit document or instructions, or service admission.

Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Reotour does not store full card details on its servers.

Payment on the site is a real charge to your bank card. After a successful payment, the order moves to checking and delivery-detail preparation.
